Our Story.
Toro Group was established back in 2000 as one of the first local companies in Bulgaria that specialized in recruitment and HR consulting. We started back when our business domain was still undeveloped, and we grew with the business itself.
Our services portfolio expanded gradually to match the needs of our clients. It now includes flexible search services, diverse outsourcing solutions, employer branding, leadership development practice, organizational development, among others, and keeps evolving.
We celebrated our 20th anniversary in the most unusual year of 2020. The challenging business environment placed us back on the path of innovation and prompted us to reinvent our added value. Even in maturity we still strive to develop ourselves and acquire new skills and knowledge, in order to deliver the most meaningful, relevant solutions for the modern 21st century organization.
Our office is conveniently located in the center of Sofia, but we operate across the whole of Bulgaria. We have worked successfully and provide services to organizations in virtually every major city and part of the country.
