TEAM LEADER in SOFIA SERVICE CENTRE

For one of our clients – a global technology organization, we are looking for an experienced and driven professional for the mission of Team Leader in their Sofia Service Centre

The Major Responsibilities include
  • Leads a team of professionals and handles administrative and special tasks related to the team and the service provided
  • Enhances a positive and constructive team environment by being a good example for the team
  • Perform staff assessments for further skill development and fostering talents
  • Act as point of contact within the international network of company locations and ensures a sustainable cooperation
  • Ensures the stable performance of relevant contracts and data maintenance activities and monitors the KPIs accordingly
  • Acts as point of escalation for operational and strategical questions
  • Keeps up to date with procedures and process updates
  • Supports the continuous development and improvement of performed activities and the transfer of further tasks
  • Perform Feedback sessions while using Performance Appraisal From in accordance with HR requirements
  • Recruitment of new staff in cooperation with the HR department
Experience required
  • Experienced in leading functions/teams within service/process centre environment
  • Experienced in purchasing, logistics, engineering or similar would be considered as an advantage
Qualification and competencies
  • University degree in Business Administration or Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Expert Skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
  • SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
