SENIOR IT RECRUITER

For one of our clients we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to undertake an ambitious role in the expansion of the company, as a SENIOR IT RECRUITER.

THE ROLE:
  • A challenging recruitment and selection role within a leading software development

THE MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Assist Hiring managers during the whole recruitment cycle: development
    of job requirements, advertisements and sourcing strategies, interviews, reference and
    background checks, negotiation and preparation of job proposals, etc.;
  • Active sourcing via different channels in order to identify talents and top-performers within the industry and attract them in the company;
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and the hiring teams;
  • Actively seek, propose and implement strategies in order to improve and excel the
    recruitment process and related outputs;
  • Partner with hiring managers in growing and maintaining the pipeline of candidates
    through constant networking;
  • Contribute to the development of the employer branding of the company;
THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of full life cycle IT recruiting experience is a must;
  • Ability to speak to all levels of technical and professional people;
  • Must be self-motivated and have a hunter’s mentality;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian: ability to persuade, to prove;
  • Good organizational skills, self-motivating, flexibility, attention to details;
  • Creative thinker prone to finding innovative methods of attracting the right candidates;
  • Self-driven and result oriented person who’s not afraid of short deadlines;
  • Desire to learn about common skills and job duties within the IT field;
  • Experience in a recruiting agency is a plus.
