SALES SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

For one of our clients, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a driven and organized professional for the mission of Sales Support & Administration Specialist

Main Responsibilities
  • Realizing various daily activities to support the sales team of the company
  • Selection and assessment of potential customers, inserting the information in the company’s CRM system from various sources. Maintenance of the customer database and classification of the existing data
  • Incoming and outcoming calls with potential customers, arrange meetings for the sales team. Supporting actual marketing campaigns and monitoring of different KPI’s
  • Supporting the Management Board in daily administrative activities
  • Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the company both in Bulgarian and English language, incoming calls, accurate receipt and dispatch of shipments, management of internal communication
  • Preparing specialized periodic reports for the needs of the Management Board
  • Coordination and organization all administrative office activities – buying office stationary, hosting all company’s guests and visitors, office maintenance, preparation of administrative documents and procedures
  • Complete organization of all business trips both in the country and abroad
  • Administration of primary accounting documents and all the applicable company fleet documentation
Experience Required
  • Experience in a relevant role in office management, sales support and administration
  • International exposure will be a significant advantage
Qualification and skills
  • University Degree, a technical background would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). German language would be considered as a strong advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Office-Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective communication by phone and well-developed business ethics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy and innovative thinking
  • Driving license and an active driver
