REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

For one of our clients, we are searching for an experienced and driven professional for the mission of Regional Sales Manager

Mission
  • To implement sales strategies and commercial policies at regional level. To ensure achievement of set volume targets, distribution and coverage of wholesale and retail in the allotted area
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all sales activities of the company in the region
  • Develop, execute and control of the integrated sales strategy of the company for the region
  • Manage sales representatives, distributors and sales budget as well as CAPEX and OPEX
  • Responsible for the hiring, training and performance of sales representatives and the negotiation and execution of distributor’s targets as well as approval of the respective bonuses
  • Develops reports and forecasts for the region and make strategies to increase the sales and KPI’s performance
  • Set SMART sales objectives that are aligned with the marketing and trade marketing strategy of the company
  • Analyze market situation, trends and making decisions for adequate and specific actions/activities in order to ensure sustainable profitable growth of the Company sales in the region
  • Prepare motivational programs for the teams of distributors and approve different programs and activities for the teams of Sub-Distributors.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in the sales of FMCG at least 3 years
  • Solid sales experience gained preferably with an international company
  • Managerial experience is a must
Qualifications and Skills
  • University degree
  • Computer literacy
  • Driving license and ability to travel
  • Working level of English language skills
  • Problem solving attitude
