KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

For one of our clients, an international company, a leading producer of construction materials – we are looking for a driven professional for the mission of Key Account Manager

The Major Responsibilities Include
  • Build and manage a network of key customers that enable achievement of plans, objectives and revenue growth
  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients in order to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals
  • Relationship management of existing corporate client base through regular contact with executives and decision makers in the client organization
  • Identify new sales opportunities and prospect new clients via different channels. Grow the number of leads generated through networking, industry relations and other sales activities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and employ effective negotiating strategies to different target groups (investors, construction companies, distributors, architects, etc.)
  • Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements. Work closely with different departments to develop and execute successful corporate sales initiatives

  • Preparation of calculations, quotations and commercial agreements
  • Research and market analysis, preparation of sales related reports. Provide market competitive information periodically
  • Handle the full sales cycle from identifying a new sales opportunity until closing successfully a deal
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, conferences, and community events to promote the company products
  • Seek out opportunities for innovation. Create and encourage a culture of initiative, flexibility and responsiveness
  • Participate in sales meetings to review status of the business and target execution
  • Submit personal sales reports and forecasts on weekly/monthly basis
  • Work with CRM system
Experience required
  • Minimum five years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment in the construction industry
  • Experience in the insulation market in Bulgaria is required
Qualification and skills
  • University degree in Business or Engineering (preferred)
  • Outstanding sales, communication and negotiation skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude, ability to present compelling arguments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate clearly and confidently with professionals at high organizational levels
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people
  • Dynamic, structured, capable to work independently, target oriented
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Clean driving license
