For one of our clients – a leading international company, we are searching for an experienced professional for the position of HR MANAGER

The Mission:
  • Drives the HR agenda in the organization. Creates, implements and oversee the HR strategy and execution aligned with the business goals and adapted to the market specifics.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manages and coordinates the overall HR activity of the organization
  • Participates in the elaboration of the HR strategy of the organization
  • Responsible for effectively adapting, tracking and implementing all policies and procedures for human resources, manages their necessary update and further development, including: HR planning, Recruitment, Employer branding, , onboarding, training and development, succession planning, talent management, engagement and motivation, etc.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for management staff and employees on all human resources issues
  • Control the entire operational human resources procurement process, prepare HR reporting, initiate human resources development measures
  • Involved in location-based HR projects, coordinates external service providers and provides support with human resources management and planning
  • Manages and controls the human resources budget
  • Responsible for adapting and enhancing remuneration policies and additional benefits / incentives for employees
  • Supports building a strong organizational culture, spirit and values
  • Follows the organization’s pulse, identifies the needs associated with and undertakes activities contributing to employee engagement
  • Supports and advises / coaches executives in developing their teams, during changes in team structure, tensions and conflicts, employee issues and personal and professional development
 Required Experience:
  • At least 5 years in a relevant role in human resources, particularly in international IT / technological organizations
  • Generalist profile with proven experience in the field of IT talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in setting up and applying HRM best practices
  • Project management experience is an advantage
Qualification & Competencies:
  • A relevant academic degree with an emphasis on business or some human-resources-specific advanced qualification
  • Computer literacy: excellent MS Office skills, ERP experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of English, German would be a plus
