HR BUSINESS PARTNER

For one of our clients – a leading multinational FMCG corporation, we are looking for an experienced and driven professional for the mission of HR Business Partner.

The Mission
  • Support selected function(s)/market in the local business in delivering the expected results through enabling organizational capabilities and engagement. Supports the strategic and tactical implementation of people initiatives and solutions related to the goals and objectives of selected function(s)/market(s).
The Major Responsibilities include
  • Support the head(s) of selected function(s) in creating high performing teams
  • Support selected function(s) in the development and implementation of an OD, in-line with overall corporate targets and the business strategy
  • Implementing organizational changes driven by the corporation
  • Support the local sourcing of external recruits and facilitate the internal and external recruitment process
  • Ensure the objectives of all associates in selected function(s) are aligned to functional goals
  • Facilitate the local calibration- and associates development processes succession planning and performance management for non-managerial roles of selected function(s)
  • Ensuring the effective roll-out of functional and leadership colleges
  • Taking care of associate relations in selected function(s)/markets, ensure issues are facilitated, mediated and resolved in alignment to company principles and culture
  • Provide solutions to address associates needs and concerns, e.g. recognizing special achievements, tailored interventions for specific groups
  • Support the functional head(s) to develop and execute an effective improvement plan on engagement
  • Act as a Co-pilot for head(s) of selected function(s)/markets and consulting on people-related activities, manpower-planning & budgeting
  • Responsible to design and execute incentive plans for a specific function. (where appropriate, e.g. Sales Incentive Plan)
  • Recommend, develop and revise range of people and organization practices as required
  • May be responsible for supporting special people and organization projects as assigned
Experience required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in senior HR positions
  • Cross functional experience is preferred
Qualifications
  • University degree – preferably in HR or related field
