For one of our clients – a leading international company, we are searching for an experienced professional for the position of: Senior professional HR marketing / employer branding.

The Mission:
  • Operational planning, implementation and execution of relevant HR marketing activities and continuous success monitoring. 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing relevant national HR marketing measures (e.g. marketing campaigns)
  • Development and expansion of school and university marketing at schools and universities relevant to the target groups (e.g. partnerships with schools and universities, open door /company tour day)
  • Preparing, organising and where necessary participating in recruitment events (e.g. attending fairs)
  • Continuous maintenance and updating of the content of the careers pages on the website (except for job adverts)
  • Supervision and maintenance of social media channels in the HR context (content generation/maintenance)
  • Preparation, maintenance and updating of media planning
  • Creation of target group clusters and target group specification (personas) in collaboration with recruitment
  • Pre-selection and management of advertising agencies and other external service providers
  • Conducting and evaluating employer ranking
  • Communications support for change processes
  • Regular communication with the HR Marketing/Employer Brand INT department
  • Creation and coordination of internal communications materials for HR projects (where necessary in collaboration with company communications)
  • Creation of guidelines for drafting and publishing job adverts for Recruitment
  • Organising and participating in events (e.g. conferences, conventions, workshops)
  • The (further) development and implementation of relevant HR marketing measures and tools (internal/external)
  •   Preparation of analyses of marketing control (success measurement / reporting) on the basis of defined key recruitment figures
  •  Implementing organisational guidelines (HVI) for the HR Marketing/Employer Brand department
  • Conducting training courses on the topic of HR marketing
  • Preparation and creation of training documents
  • Observing trends and competitors
  • Where necessary developing and implementing mobile applications for HR marketing topics
  • Continuous content creation for all HR marketing channels (e.g. Linked In, social media, employee magazine)
The Company Offers
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of HR marketing and employer branding
  • Additional experience in talent acquisition is a strong advantage
  • Project management experience

  • Excellent command of English, German would be a plus.
